Principaux germes ciblés

• Staphylococcus  epidermidis
• Staphylococcus aureus
• Haemophilus influenzae
• Streptocoque 
• Pseudomonas  aeruginosa

Antibiothérapie de 1ère intention

• Ofloxacine PO 200 mg x 2/j
• + Imipenème IV 1 g x 3/j

Collyre fortifié

• Vancomycine 50 mg/ml
• + Ceftazidime 20 mg/ml
• Instillation horaire  pendant 2 j puis  toutes les 2h

Injection intravitréenne :

• Vancomycine 
• +Ceftazidime
• 1 mg dans 0,1 ml 2,25 mg dans 0,1 ml

Alternative

• Ofloxacine PO
• +Pipéracilline IV

Durée

• 2j IV et 3j PO
