Antibiothérapie de 1ère intention

• Pénicilline G IV  3 à 5 MU/6h
• relais Amoxicilline IV ou PO 1 g x 3/j (2g x 3/j si > 70kg)

Alternative

• Pristinamycine PO 1 g x 2 ou 3/j
• ou Clindamycine PO 600 mg x 3/j

Durée

• 10-20j
